Payment Terms

Payment is due on or before the first day of the two-day Supervisor Excellence™ program.

 

Registration fees cover participation in the two-day immersive and include the year-round reinforcement and support described in the program materials.

 

Organizations requesting payment by purchase order or invoice must make arrangements in advance. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment remains due on or before the first day of the program.

 

Program Completion & Year-Round Reinforcement

The instructional portion of Supervisor Excellence™ is considered delivered and completed upon conclusion of the two-day program.

 

SkillsCOACH™ communications, virtual support sessions, resources, and other follow-up activities provided during the year are supplemental reinforcement and support included with registration. These activities do not constitute a 12-month training, consulting, or coaching engagement and do not extend or defer the payment obligation.

 

Participant Substitutions

If a registered participant is unable to attend, the organization may substitute another participant at no additional charge prior to the start of the program.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received at least 14 calendar days before the program begins are eligible for a refund, less a $75 administrative fee.

 

Cancellations received fewer than 14 calendar days before the program are non-refundable. When eligible, participants may substitute another participant according to the substitutions policy above.

 

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend and have not provided advance notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

Program Changes or Cancellation by World-Class Training

World-Class Training reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the two-day program when necessary. If World-Class Training cancels the program, registered participants may transfer their registration to another available program or receive a full refund of registration fees paid.

 

Year-round reinforcement and support are supplemental benefits included with registration. World-Class Training may reasonably modify the dates, schedule, format, content, frequency, or method of delivery of these activities. Comparable reinforcement or support may be substituted when appropriate. Changes to supplemental activities do not constitute cancellation of the two-day program and do not entitle participants to a refund.

 

World-Class Training is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses incurred by participants.

 

Agreement

By registering for Supervisor Excellence™, the participant and/or sponsoring organization acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
